Okayokay. So I was going to my civics meeting just like an hour ago. And along the way I noticed this big plane. Like one of those that's pretty low, like if it's landing? But it was 100% still in midair. And I stared at it for a good 30 seconds before I (screamed holyshitholyshit) realized there was nothing underneath it, no poles or strings or anything. (And it was windy too) but the plane was 100% still.
The plane was a big commercial airplane. Lights blinking and everything. But it made no sound. My mom and I stared at it studying for any movement and accidentally passed the building we were going to. So we turned around and headed back. During that time (no more than a half a minute later) the plane was gone.
I'm one to be rather scientific and not jump to conclusions without at least some form of proof. That is, was it a UFO? I guess that makes me sound crazy. Even if it wasn't a UFO the whole thing was rather.. odd. Like I said, it wasn't one of those sneaky jet styles either. It was like a silver/white plane with those jumbo engines. It was either a plane like this one: [link] or something of equal size and non-maneuverability/radar-sneakingness.
My mom and I saw in the parking lot for a moment but soon enough a black helicopter flew off in the direction the plane had gone/was pointing/whatever. Which to a lot of people is like a big UFO sign (or coincidence)

So.
That's my weird story for the day. I've seen a lot of weird shit since I was a kid, but this one takes the cake. I mean no matter what one believes it was, it was pretty (epicawesome) freaky to see. Anyone else ever heard of stand-still planes or something like it? What do you think it was? ono
